Bulk Void, a Chrome extension for Xero
Hundreds of invoices. Voided in one run.
Xero voids Awaiting Payment sales invoices one at a time. Bulk Void does the whole batch, and saves a backup first.
No payment now. Early access opens late November 2026.
A typical cleanup after a bad import. Done in minutes instead of an afternoon of clicking.
Built for an action you can't undo.
A void is permanent in Xero. So every run starts with a backup and a preview.
Backup first.
A run won't start until the CSV of the whole batch is saved: number, contact, date, amount and reference.
Dry run.
See exactly which invoices will be voided and which will be skipped, before a single one changes.
Stays in your browser.
No Xero API connection and no server. Your invoice data stays on your computer.
Stops when unsure.
It works at a human pace and stops at the first screen it doesn't recognise.
How it works.

Questions.
Why can't I do this in Xero already?
Xero lets you bulk delete draft invoices and bulk void bills, but Awaiting Payment sales invoices are voided one at a time. The request has more than 250 votes on Xero Product Ideas, and Xero has said it isn't planned at this stage.
Which invoices can it void?
Sales invoices you could void by hand: Awaiting Payment invoices with no payments or credit notes applied. Invoices with payments are skipped and listed in the report.
Is it safe to install an extension in my accounting software?
It only runs on Xero invoice pages, only acts after you confirm, and doesn't send your data anywhere. The permissions and privacy policy will be listed on its Chrome Web Store page.
Does it work in every Xero region?
It's being built against the standard Xero web app used in Australia, New Zealand, the UK, the US and elsewhere. If your region or language looks different, tell us when you sign up.
